Great for baking, lots of flavor

Sorry I could only give this a 2 star. I was excited to find this product with Madagascar bourbon but there is so little in t,his flavoring and I have to use more to get the vanilla flavoring

Great taste at low cost

I just bought a bottle Magnolia-Star for the first time a couple of weeks ago and have already used it probably a dozen times. It's incredible. My daughter is getting into baking and has become obsessed with it...she now insists on putting Vanilla in absolutely anything she touches. That was never the case with the vanillas I've used before. It's not a brand I had ever seen before but I took a chance and am so happy I did. Totally premium product despite its low price (for an 8 oz bottle of Pure Madagascar, $12.98 is absolutely insane). Looks like they make an Almond & Lemon extract as well. Haven't tried yet but have bottles of each on the way...

This extract has the perfect flavor and perfect price point! I use it in ice creams and oatmeals to add a floral yet unami flavor. This will definitely be my go-to vanilla extract from now on. only complaint is that I can't buy it in an even larger bottle from Sam's club. I love this stuff so much.

I am not a vanilla connoisseur but I have noticed this product just does not have a great flavor without over using. I am using, on average, almost double of what I normally would. At this price point, it's too expensive to double. Going back to McCormick. I gave it a shot.

I have bought two bottles of this vanilla. The first one was excellent and we loved it. I just opened the second one today and it's like a completely different product. It smells nothing like vanilla and it gave a bitter flavor to my frosting. I won't buy this brand again just because I don't know if it will be good or not. This whole bottle is unusuable.

I bought this vanilla extract one time and when I opened the bottle I hoped for a pleasing aroma of vanilla. Unfortunately, I only smelled the alcohol with a tinge of vanilla undertones. Maybe I had a bad batch, who knows? Either way, the cost of this vanilla and for what received was very disappointing and I will not purchase again. I felt like I was ripped off and I decided I would go back to making my own HOMEMADE vanilla that will cost far less and will be loaded with vanilla beans.

Great product

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This stuff has a NASTY taste and weak vanilla flavor...McCormick is soo much better. My guess is anyone who gave this 5 stars was paid to do so. I wasted my money and ruined a batch of muffins using this non flavored liquid.
