[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frost Ice Cream & Frozen Drink Machine has been such a fun addition to our home. It’s surprisingly a quiet machine yet powerful, so we can make delicious ice cream and frozen drinks without any hassle. The setup is super simple, just scan the included QR code for step by step instructions. Plus, it even comes with a handy recipe guide so you can start making treats right away. One of my favorite parts is how easy it is to clean. All the pieces come apart quickly, making cleanup fast and stress-free. The machine itself feels durable and well made, so I know we’ll enjoy it for a long time. The best part, is the joy it brings to my family. The taste and texture of the ice cream are amazing, and my kids light up with smiles every time I turn it on. It’s more than just a machine it’s a way to create sweet family memories together.
Absolutely Love It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this machine! It's nice being able to make so many different types of foods. Ice cream is one of my family's favorites to make. It doesn't even take very long to make, which is wonderful. I think ours is usually done within fifteen minutes. Love it! It's not too loud when you use it either. It has some noise, but it's not very loud at all. I'm looking forward to making many more things with this machine. It's absolutely amazing!! I just love how simple it is to make different types of stuff. The instructions are very easy to follow, too. Just find the item you want to make and switch it to that on the machine. Get your ingredients ready, and you're about ready to go. So easy!! Best machine I have had yet. I love it!
Frost ice cream & frozen drink maket
Purchased about a month ago and tried making milk shake, soft serve ice cream. Following instructions to the letter. Needless to say I am not very pleased with it. I don't know if it is defective machine or what so I tried several more times and to no avail, it still doesn't work properly. Boy oh boy the videos show how great and with thick consistency the soft serve ice cream 🍦 makes. When I try it - it come out a bit runny, no where as near the texture or consistency as the video. I don't recommend this over priced pile of scrap metal. How can I get a full refund or replacement with a good working machine?
Perfect slushy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where has this amazing little machine been all my life?! In 30 minutes, I turned a premixed alcohol drink into a perfect slushy using the alcohol setting. The ice is so perfect that it is taking me back to Floridita, where the daiquiri was invented. The one thing I'll say, learn from my mistake and triple check to make sure the pour handle is completely locked... If not, you'll have a tiny mess to clean up. The number of things that one can make with this machine makes the price absolutely worth every penny. (But I'm glad I got it for free through Influenster) I can't wait to host parties and wow everyone with drinks! I'll be using this bad boy on a weekly basis.
Amazing!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so amazing so easy to use! You just add your preferred ingredients select your mode and start! Clean up is a breeze, just run 1-2 times with soapy water then everything’s comes apart for a quick easy rinse. Perfect to use at anytime of the day as there is basically no noise that comes from the motion once in use besides the beeping letting you know it’s ready to enjoy.
Sweet sweet summer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest machine to use for the most tasty results! The machine was so quiet through the whole process and the booklet came with a recipe book. Initial use had me disassemble to clean and all the instructions were easy to follow. Actual ice cream time took about 45 minutes with prep. The ice cream was so smooth and creamy. My daughter was in heaven. Clean up was also easy since I already learned to disassemble. This summer just got a little sweeter.
Perfect machine for a family of 5 or less
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Putting together Frost was pretty easy. The instructions are fairly well written and included diagrams to aid in assembly. There were a few moments that I needed to re-read some things, but it all eventually came together fine. I let Frost sit on the counter for the allotted 2 hour minimum per the booklet and then made my first item. It was a dairy-free chocolate and fudge ice cream. Later in the week, I did a coke slushie, a banana shake, and finally, a vanilla ice cream. Per instructions, I pre-blended my ingredients and added them into the top opening. I wish the top opening was a little bigger, but I liked that the opening was bowl shaped to catch and direct spillage. The dials were easy to adjust after reading the manual and looking at a YouTube video just for inspiration. I recommend adjusting the thickness level of your item to one tick higher than suggested if you want your creation to have a thicker consistency. Using the max fill line, I was able to make up to 5 servings, which was plenty for my family of 4 people. If you have a larger family, this will not provide enough. Depending on what you make will depend on how smoothly it dispenses. As the item gets low in the container, it extrudes out in a jerky manner because the rotating paddle is trying to push the remaining dessert out. Cleaning is easy. I put in soapy water into the top and set it to Clean mode. Next, the dirty water is extruded, and I then add clean water and repeat the Clean mode cycle. Once that water is extruded, the machine is disassembled, and all components are hand washed. It's pretty quick and re-assembly is very easy. The Frost comes with a fabric bag containing several items to help clean it, some extra gaskets and other things. There's also a recipe booklet with several delicious options. The machine is fairly weighty but very sturdy. I am not a fan of how flimsy the handle is, but I understand the design. I like that the spill tray has a magnet to keep it snug again, the base of the machine . I don't really care for the cone holder on the side and I am thankful that this option can be folded into the machine when not in use. I do like Frost, and the items created were very tasty. I think this would be fantastic for families that absolutely love desserts that this can create. It has wonderful potential to allow the creation of healthier dessert options too.
So fun to experiment and try all of the things you
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Every kitchen needs this! You can make so much in this - smoothies, ice cream, frozen yogurt, milkshakes, and more! If you want to add alcohol, that’s an option! If you want to make an original concoction, that’s an option! It does have a bit of a learning curve, but I’m excited to continue trying new recipes and options! It’s not loud at all, but it does take up a pretty big spot on the counter. But it’s so worth it! Thanks, Influenster, for giving me a chance to try this in exchange for my honest opinion. I honestly love it!
Flavor and texture are top notch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve really enjoyed using this ice cream and frozen drink maker so far! We started with the vanilla ice cream recipe from the included book, and it turned out perfectly creamy and flavorful. The machine runs smoothly and does a great job with texture. Cleaning is manageable but takes a bit of time, as there are several parts to wash thoroughly. Overall, though, it’s definitely worth it for the quality of the ice cream we’re getting at home.
Amazing to make homemade ice cream from whole ingr
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product in exchange for my honest review. This Greenpan Frost ice cream maker was a fun little adventure. I did not expect it to work as well as it did. I made vanilla soft serve ice cream. I loved that I could make it out of whole ingredients. Most importantly for me, I loved that I could start the entire process just a little while before we wanted to enjoy the ice cream. You do not have to pre-freeze or pre-plan anything! My family and were watching a show after dinner. We paused between episodes for about 10 minutes to put the ingredients together, and this dessert treat was ready while we were in the middle of the next episode. I used the recipe from the booklet that came with the Frost machine. My recipe called for only milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, salt and sugar. I whisked them together lightly, poured them into Frost, and 25 minutes later, we got this gorgeous little soft serve ice cream! It was pretty amazing. The negatives are: the recipe is wrong. It called for 1 tsp of salt and that was WAY too much. I don’t know if it is a typo or what. It should be between 1/4 and 1/2 tsp salt! Despite this, it was still good and the perfect consistency and perfect vanilla flavor! My family still ate it. I will try again tonight and change the salt. The other issue is that the slots on the top into which you pour the mixture and later the cleaning water, is too small and hard to pour exactly into. It is easy to miss the slots and spill some.
