[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So impressed by the soft serve ice cream. Really straightforward and you don't have to freeze the ingredients beforehand. Can adjust texture to liking and so many options for things to make. A little difficult to clean the parts and the machine is pretty huge and heavy. The green color is beautiful though.

Purchased about a month ago and tried making milk shake, soft serve ice cream. Following instructions to the letter. Needless to say I am not very pleased with it. I don't know if it is defective machine or what so I tried several more times and to no avail, it still doesn't work properly. Boy oh boy the videos show how great and with thick consistency the soft serve ice cream 🍦 makes. When I try it - it come out a bit runny, no where as near the texture or consistency as the video. I don't recommend this over priced pile of scrap metal. How can I get a full refund or replacement with a good working machine?

It made the creamiest, dreamiest strawberry ice cream in under 30 minutes, and the frozen margaritas? Chef's kiss!  The versatility is a huge win; it handles everything from sorbet to slushies like a total pro. I was worried about the noise level, but it’s surprisingly quiet, and just a low hum, so you can totally watch your shows while it works!  Cleaning is a breeze (the bowl and paddle are dishwasher safe, thank goodness!). And the durability feels solid and it’s well-made and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Im using this for my upcoming house party!!

I love that it doesn’t take too much time to prep and you don’t have to freeze anything overnight, just mix the ingredients and pour them in and the machine does the rest. So many options on what you can make! It’s super quiet and doesn’t take long at all. The ice cream came out a perfect consistency. Cleaning and putting back together is super easy. The only negative thing I have to say is it is large and takes up a bit of counter/storage space.

I blended up watermelon and poured it into the machine and it made the most perfect Icee. So easy and so delicious 😋. The machine purred quietly which is great because I hear enough noise from my dogs as is, LOL!

The instructions are clear, and the build feels durable and high quality. So far, I’ve only tried the slushy feature, but I’m excited to explore more recipes. It’s surprisingly quiet and beeps when each freezing cycle is complete, which is a nice touch. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to clean. This was gifted to me, and I absolutely love it! It’s super easy to use, and the manual and instructions are clear and simple to follow. I also appreciate that it comes with a list of ingredients and recipes for things like ice cream, milkshakes, sorbets, and more. Everything is included, you just need to follow the exact ingredients and measurements. I personally enjoyed making a chocolate milkshake, and it turned out perfectly in just a short time. I can’t wait to make more ice cream this summer! One more thing I really love .it’s so easy to clean!
