It's very easy to use, even for someone new to making ice cream at home. This machine works beautifully and it makes quality ice cream. I'm very happy with it. Cleaning is also not hard. It's very easy to use and it comes with a few recipes. To work it, basically, there is a "start" and "stop" switch and that's it. The parts are easy to disassemble and rinse, which makes the whole process very convenient. It’s also worth mentioning that the machine is not noisy, which makes the experience more enjoyable. The quality of the machine feels excellent — it’s sturdy, well-built, and looks sleek on the counter. If you’re looking for a reliable ice cream maker that delivers great results without any hassle, I highly recommend this one!

The size is perfect for a couple people or can make a larger batch for a big crowd. It is a very durable product that is definitely worth the price tag.

Purchased about a month ago and tried making milk shake, soft serve ice cream. Following instructions to the letter. Needless to say I am not very pleased with it. I don't know if it is defective machine or what so I tried several more times and to no avail, it still doesn't work properly. Boy oh boy the videos show how great and with thick consistency the soft serve ice cream 🍦 makes. When I try it - it come out a bit runny, no where as near the texture or consistency as the video. I don't recommend this over priced pile of scrap metal. How can I get a full refund or replacement with a good working machine?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product is fantastic! small enough to fit on a countertop, reasonably quiet while in use, and incredibly easy to operate AND clean. you can make a variety of drinks and ice cream / sorbets. the instructions even come with some recipes. it’s super easy to change the consistency if you want it to be thicker and the cleaning process makes me likely to use it long term bc it’s not a hassle. i can’t recommend enough!

Can adjust texture to liking and so many options for things to make. A little difficult to clean the parts and the machine is pretty huge and heavy. The green color is beautiful though.

The 2‑quart capacity means I can serve the whole family without constantly refilling. The multiple modes and texture settings give flexibility for soft serve, firm treats or icy slush — great for kids and grown‑up desserts alike. On the flip side, it’s on the pricier side and cleaning is a bit more fiddly than I’d like; there are parts that drip and must be washed . If you love homemade frozen treats and want convenience and variety, I’d recommend it — just be ready for the investment and a little extra clean‑up.

If you want to add alcohol, that’s an option! If you want to make an original concoction, that’s an option! It does have a bit of a learning curve, but I’m excited to continue trying new recipes and options! It’s not loud at all, but it does take up a pretty big spot on the counter. But it’s so worth it! Highly recommend I have the ninja creami as well and the green pan puts it to shame it is so easy to make ice cream slushies and other frozen drinks. Assembly was so easy you just place in the ingredients and you’re good to go! No freezing anything in advance. The texture of the ice cream and froyo is amazing lived this machine
