I placed this product near my kitchen sink, and it's amazing the amount of flies and gnats it caught in such a short time. There is no odor like some other fly products. I really like the blue glow that comes off it when plugged in, has good ambiance. I placed it next to where I keep my fruits etc which is where we get the most little flies!

The light emits a warm blue glow when plugged in. I like that both sides of the trap are sticky, as I think it will trap more. I really appreciate that it is people & pet friendly.

The product was very easy to use, you just peel the protective tape off the insert and click it into place on the trap. Once you plug the trap in a nice blue light comes on. The idea is for the light to attract the insects and then for them to get stuck! There is lots of space on the insert for the insects to become trapped and I think this will work very well! Summer is when I have the most issue with fruit flies, so I haven't had a chance to really test it out yet, but I think it will attract and collect the insects for me. Once the trap is full it will be very easy to replace for the next round!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product for multiple spaces in the home. Tiny flies were getting into the house and appearing out of what seemed like nowhere. I put this one in the bathroom to catch lingering mosquitoes and by the 2nd day it caught a couple. After a few days I would see mosquitoes flying but they wouldn’t get caught in the trap but I would kill them by hand. It doubles as a nightlight so it is a two one and worth it! It’s been 2 months and the light and sticky pad is still going strong. Not sure when to replace it.. maybe after it is filled up. There isn’t a smell so maybe it is the light that attracts the bugs.
