When receiving this item I was skeptical, as I have tried similar prices with not a great amount of success. Recently with the weather changes I have a good amount of fruit flies congregating. Within 1.5 hours of plugging in the Stem light trap, I found 6 fruit flies on the sticky backing. I'm still waiting for more progress, but as of now I'm impressed.

The blue light is subtle and nice to have when you don't want a bright light but need something dim.

It looks like a night light so people don't see an ugly bug trap. It's pet friendly so you don't have to worry about your fur babies around it. Cartridges are easy to install and easy to replace so you can basically plug it in and forget about it until it's time to replace again.

Initially I thought it was a bit "pricey" but it has proven to work exceptionally well. I like that it also doubles as a night light in my kitchen! Overall it's a great product, I wish they did include a refill sticky strip for the price, as there is only one within the product box.
