It is easy to put together, just peel the film off the sticky piece and put it in the light and plug it in. It has no noticeable odor, and is pet and kid friendly which is a must. We have a lot of mosquitos the size of your hand, and they find a way into the house no matter what. Place this in an area where you see the fliers, like by the door, or in the kitchen or pantry for fruit flies. The bugs aren't coming off this stickiness. Refills are available and again, easy to change. They are also quiet-no zapping noises. Highly recommend this product.

We've tried so many ways to get rid of them- the vinegar traps haven't worked at all. I plugged this in for an hour and it's already caught a bunch of them. Definitely very happy with this product.

The thing I like most about the Stem Flying Insect trap is that there are no chemicals at all. It's not just that it's safe around my pets, but there is also no nasty smell in my kitchen from using it. It's very cool - it uses light to attract gnats and other flying bugs onto an adhesive pad that traps them. I use it in my kitchen, but it would also be great in a bathroom or even a patio. The starter kit comes with one refill, but you can also get refills. It's just so nice to not worry about the poisons you normally use to get rid of these bugs. I've already used this product for months and I love how well it works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad to have gotten this offer!! My mom was just telling me about these last month when I was complaining about gnats!!! So easy to set up and worth the money to not look tacky in your home!!! It's like a cute night light that draws flying bugs straight to it! Simple and effective! No harmful chemicals, just a light and sticky board! My 12 month old got ahold of it and got his hand stuck to the board, it was easy to pull off and wipe down his hand! It's in a higher plug in now!

I hate having little fruit flies and gnats around the house but I also don't want to cause any harm to my children or pets so this product is very helpful. I love that this product is plant friendly as well. Super easy to use and continue on with life without pesky flying bugs in my house.

I had really high hopes for this product so I ordered it for the fruit flies that I have going on in my kitchen near my sink area and I've had it plugged in for roughly a week and there are literally two fruit flies on it and that's it meanwhile my fruit fly problem has flourished.

So far I have loved all the Stem products I have tried and this one is no different. It is exactly like the Raid and Zevo plug ins. It emits a blue light that attracts bugs to it. Once they are near, they adhere to the glue and eventually die. I like how it works 24/7. I don't have to be around for it to work. It lasts about all summer so you definitely don't have to replace the sticky part often. It is sticky on both sides. I have animals in the home so I am always looking for natural and safe methods to kill the inevitable bugs of the south and this product does just that. It will last many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this product very much. We live near the forest so the bugs are always here in Spring Summer and Fall. This will be the daily essential for our household and definitely we will get four more for every room/space in the house. The light is soft and won't hurt ours eyes. We love product that is chemicals free!
