[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how sleek this plug in fly catcher is. It's easy to put together and to change the sticky pads. I gave this 4 stars because I don't think it was 100% effective. We don't have many flies or bugs in our home but with it being spring we have seen a few flying around. I have been using this catcher in the house for the last 4 days and I only seen 3 flies on it. I think this would be ideal for a sunroom or garage setting where there is a higher volume of flies.

I noticed that I can plug it in and twist it horizontally and not just vertically. I find that detail good because I can hide it behind something without it sticking up. The trap is sticky so it catches the gnats.

I just plugged in the light trap in my kitchen where we have a lot of fruit flies by our fruit bowls, and I do see that they are attracted to the trap. It was easy to set up and plug in. I'm really hoping for a spring where we can be relatively bug free.

The sticky paper collects all the bugs and I can just throw it out. Its amazing! I love how easy this is to use.

I wanted this fly trap because the fly season is approaching and unfortunately I get nats in my kitchen - I don't know where they come from or why because I do keep my home clean but they always show up! I usually set out traps of dish liquid with apple cider vinegar but that can get gross and obviously I don't want to be smelling vinegar. Getting this fly trap is awesome. they get attracted by the blue light and they stick to both sides of the refill. when I opened the packaging there was the instructions, the plug in and one refill (it only comes with one total) refills are sold separately. instructions were pretty easy to follow except I was not sure how to get the refill in at first. eventually it snapped in place. be careful not to get the sticky glue on your fingers. my only complaint is when I plugged it into the wall it was super difficult to get it into the outlet? I wasn't sure if I was doing it wrong but the plug rotates only one way so you can have it plugged in sideways or upright. I ended up having to push it in super hard which freaked me out a little bit because I'm terrified of getting electrocuted. so if I had one suggestion it would be to make it so the plug goes in easier.

We get a lot of fruit flies in the spring and summer and this product does a great job at catching them. It is easy to set up and use with a simple plug in, and is safe for use around our cats! There is nothing I dislike about this trap!

The stem flyl6ing insects light trap is a very attractive bug zapper. the light it emmited is a soft blue light that was very attractive to my 5 and 8 year olds. it was easy to install the refil. The instructions were easy to follow. it also adds to the esthetics of the surroundings. As for the actual effectiveness of the product, that is inconclusive. I will keep it going and may provide an update should things change.
