I have used similar products in the past and found they were seriously lacking. But this product is so different from the others! For one it has a blue light, attracting all kinds of flying bugs. Second, it has a "sticky pad" on BOTH sides of the insert. lastly, I love that it's safe to use around my babies and animals- as there is not chemical smell! It's so easy to install and I really like the fact that you don't have to replace the entire light when it runs out-just the "sticky pads". I will continue to use and buy from the STEM company because they really know what they are doing!

The blue light is nice as a night light. So far, no bugs have been attracted to the light though, or at least none have been caught. Not as effective as I had hoped.

I can see the pest collector was adequately covered with attractant. The design looks pleasing as it won't clash with any interiors. It has a nice blue glow that can attract pests as well as serve as a night light.

I have it plugged in next to my fruit basket on my counter and I'm surprised at how many fruit flies I have in my house. I never would've thought I needed it until I used it and it's been a godsend. This product is great for families with pets or small children as there are no dangerous chemicals to kill the bugs. My toddler pulled it out of the wall a couple of times and it was nice to know he wasn't touching anything hazardous. This worked well for catching small gnats that get in our kitchen. Also doubles as a hallway nightlight! Would recommend.

Just peel both sides, plug in and go! I cannot speak on if it has caught any flying insects yet as the cold weather is still upon us and the flying insects are very minimal. I will say I am happy with the brightness of this and can use it as a secondary night light for the kitchen. Dual uses are always great!!

We have used this product before and it greatly reduces the fruit flies around the kitchen. The blue light doubles as a night light too! We have not used the product outside of the kitchen but I'm sure it would be successful in catching other flying insects.

This is a very unique item it has a light that attract and a sticky side to capture the insect, it has a cool technique that i think is quite interesting. I would definitely buy this in the summer time for the little fruit flies. 5 star product.
