The STEM bug light blends in to my kitchen extremely well and provides a nice blue light that works really well at night! I really like the chemical free aspect so that I can feel safe having it in my kitchen where I prep meals and around my kids. I am excited for a bug free summer knowing that this light will work on its own to keep me pest free.

The stem flying insect light trap is a great way for us to keep mosquitoes, fruit flies moths, And gnats at Bay in our home. This is especially helpful as we run into the Spring months When mosquitoes are attacking us daily. I love that it is friendly for our dog and kids since pesticides aren't used.

For some time I have been looking for a safe, non-toxic solution to my moth problem. Recently, I was given the opportunity to try the Stem Flying Insect Light Trap. I am happy to report that the product does exactly what it says it will. The device creates a pleasant blue light to attract flying insects to a double sided sticky card mounted in the back. Flying insects are then trapped on the card. The card is replaceable so once it is full, you just remove it and replace it with a fresh card. The trap has no odor, As an added bonus, it makes a great night light.

I noticed a few small gnats around my house plants near where I plugged the light in and after a few hours of use, one gnat was stuck on the trap. I think the cost is a bit expensive since it only includes one sticky trap and the instructions recommend changing the trap refill every 14 days for best performance.

I had the trap plugged up for two hours and I had already caught the two flies that were in my Rv. It worked good light is a nice blue. I plan on buying refills cause I really liked the way it worked.

The blue light really helps attract the bugs, especially at night. I also like that it was the screen infront so you don't really see them insect to stuck it.

The blue light is bright but not bright enough that it's distracting or annoying. The only problem I foresee with this product is that it won't be close enough to where you're having an insect issue. I have it as close to my door/kitchen where I usually see any bugs and I just don't see how it's going to attract them. I really like the concept and think it will work properly if you have the right set up for it, but sometimes where outlets are just aren't very convenient!
