[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Zesty Paws for sending me this free Flea and Tick Shampoo! Here is my honest review. I had high hopes for this shampoo! This quickly faded away as I opened the bottle and was hit with a crazy strong medicinal smell. Bathing both pups was difficult as it was so hard to handle the smell. It was so bad my lungs were burning. The smell lingered in the house for hours. My dogs have issues with itching but don't currently have active flea or tick issues. I have seen no change with how much they scratch, so don't believe that it has helped them feel less itchy. The shampoo did actually seem to make the typical "dog" odor return more quickly than their usual shampoo. Truly, I would have given this zero stars had that been an option! I would only recommend this to people who don't mind stinky dogs!

We're getting close to the start of spring, perfect time for a flea and tick application. First thing I noticed was the smell.. a mix of peppermint and rosemary. Very pleasant scent. It lathers nicely. Very clear directions: apply, lather, and let sit for 10 minutes before rinsing (then repeat if necessary). Veterinarian approved.

We live in a forested area with lots of wildlife and deal with our fair share of fleas and ticks. We've tried other brands of flea and tick shampoo and nothing has worked as well as this has. Immediately upon lathering fleas were jumping ship into the bath water! I was surprised at how fast it was working and great it smelled. It smells very herbal and pleasant and not overpowering like other brands. Even when dried it leaves a faint scent that is rather pleasant. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that uses flea and tick shampoo for their dog and will continue using what we received and keep buying in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free for my honest review. I used this shampoo on both of my dogs. I liked the smell. It was a pleasant essential oil smell and lasted longer than your typical dog shampoo. The shampoo was thinner, so it was easier to spread through their coat, but it did not suds up well. Their fur was nice and soft after. I have not noticed any fleas. I would use it again and again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the idea of having a shampoo that doubles as a flea and tick treatment. We just adopted a new puppy and were able to use it on her, which gave us a lot of comfort. The only thing I would change is the cent, which comes off is pretty heavy on menthol. Not bad, just not my taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a while ago and it is just barely warm enough outside to wash my dogs. I do use a hose from inside of the house with warm water. Both of my dogs have sensitive skin and thisproduct works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Flea & Tick Shampoo a few times now. I can say that I love the way it cleans my pup. I did give 4 out of 5 stars because currently, my pup hasn't had an issue with fleas and/or ticks so I can't speak on the effectiveness. The shampoo does have a strong scent, tea tree oil, which I'm sure is great to repel against the little pests. As summer approaches, we're out for walks more, and fleas/ticks are more common I am sure this product will be my go to for pup baths. I would recommend based on its cleaning ability. I love this product - it smells great, my dogs smell amazing even after a couple days and their coats were still nice and soft. Good ingredients, nothing made them allergic, dry out or react. I'd buy the shampoo again, and more because the company is a great one to back!
