The flavor and the texture was off for me and not really appealing enough to want to use in more dishes. Probably better in a sandwich with a strong jam flavor or in as a replacement for peanut butter in a recipe.

The flavor is strong enough that I don’t see myself using it as a standalone topper for a piece of toast. The sunflower butter is still a delicious option!
