Honestly awesome this brand is very great and I’m obsessed with the taste. I’m a huge fan of sunflower seeds so that helps. I had it on a piece of toast and it was delicious..

I found it lighter but still filling than most peanut butters or almond butters that I have tried. A little pricey for my budget.
