There's 0% Trans Fat, 0% Cholesterol, and 7 grams of protein in each serving which is equivalent to 2 tablespoons. The caloric count is a bit high at 200 calories per serving, but I have to admit I loved the taste. We used on bread and I'm hoping to find more ways to incorporate this into my diet.

We started purchasing sunbutter when my daughter entered school, as they are a nut free school. We have discovered how delicious this product is and regularly enjoy it on sandwiches and with fruit. After mixing, it is nice and creamy and very flavorful. It is pricey so we don’t use it as often as peanut butter, but we always enjoy it when we do.
