The consistency is a little more watery than regular peanut butter - so would be great for baking, I am going to try that next mixed with chocolate pudding! Very tasty and I like that its a healthier option.

Its consistency Is like organic peanut butter so it’s more runny than spreadable. I think if you love the taste of sunflower seeds and are allergic to nuts, this is a great alternative for you. I do think the price is a bit steep though.

I see the appeal, it’s school safe and a good alternative to peanut butter but the flavor and texture is just not for us. The flavor is very bitter and the texture is half super dry and half super oily. I would not purchase this again.

You aren't going to confuse it with peanut butter - it has a distinct flavor. But I will definitely be purchasing it again. I hope they put out a gluten free cookies n creme version in the future.
