It tastes like sunflower seeds and the texture is the same as normal peanut butter. I like that there’s less sugar and it’s seems overall healthier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was tasty. I appreciated that it didn’t have a ton of fillers and chemicals. Also, there’s no soy lecithin, which is great for those with allergies. Would love if there was a bit of salt, but you can always add that yourself.

But it does have the same mouth feel and texture, so it us a good substitute when you want or need peanut butter but cannot due to allergies issues or maybe you just hate peanut butter. Whatever the reason, it is a decent comparable product.

One negative is that it is very thin so hard to put on a cracker unless you apply it lightly. I can see using this in cooking as an alternative to peanut butter. The creamy version is probably thicker and I will try that next time.

The flavor is amazing and is so good on toast in the morning or with jelly for a quick lunch! Plus it has a lot of healthy fats and is sustainable!!

If you couldn’t have peanut butter or almond butter, this is probably a nice alternative. I just don’t particularly enjoy the flavor of sunflower seeds.
