It's a delicious and healthy product at the same time. I was impressed with a simple and natural ingredients list, just sunflower seeds, salt, and sugar - amazing. It's free from any allergens and contains 7 grams of plant-based protein. I like adding it to my smoothies, sandwiches, porridge. Super delicious and creamy! Highly recommended!

The taste was good although I prefer other nut butters like almond or cashew better. I would have preferred the no sugar added option but they didn’t have it at my grocery store. The second cleanest option was the natural.

It was Extremely silky smooth texture, a tad bit sweet but not overwhelmingly so, and a little salty that you usually get from any nut butters. This one is nut free so perfect for sharing and taking to work or school. It is packed with nutrients and protein with every bite so its honestly a way better option than some other nut butters out there. It doesn't have any oils added, it does have some sugar but there was a sugar free option out there as well as flavored ones. I would definitely go back for this, I love the protein intake, the nut free, and the taste and texture.

Also have enjoyed it on a variety of crackers for an afternoon snack. The consistency is very smooth and creamy making it very spreadable on crackers. It would be nice to reduce the sugar as it is a bit too sweet for me. Doing so would reduce the calories per serving size as well. The beauty of Sun Butter Natural Sunflower Butter is there are only three ingredients, roasted sunflower seeds (yum), sugar and salt.

It's smooth and spreadable, if a tad runny since it's natural. We've been having plenty of sandwiches and toast with SunButter on them, and I also feel like this would make good cookies as well.

It was sweet in flavor, I would've like perhaps a little more salt to balance the sweet and would have liked the roasty notes of roasted sunflower seeds to come out more.
