I bought this mattress because I've had lower back surgery years ago and the mattress ive had for almost 5 years was absolutely terrible. I looked up best mattresses for back pain and this was at the top or number 2 on most lists I found. It has been beneficial no doubt and I dont wake up sore any more. Thank you!

We love the comfort of our new Nectar mattress. Hope and plan to enjoy it for many years t comeIt slides a bit on the adjustable frame base. Not much but it does but mattress is easily moved back in position. That feature of being able to move it is a positive too as it’s not too cumbersome when rotating or making the bed. I would recommend it to anyone I know who is looking for a new bed.

I don't even have the mattress yet but I have to give a bad review based on shipping. I ordered 2 mattresses, paid in full immediately and here it is almost 2 weeks later and they haven't even shipped yet. A poor way to do business as delays weren't reported until a week after I paid. I will update if the mattresses are good enough to change my view.

I happened to pay to chiropractors for my back pain from last 3 months. After getting Nectar, It really helped me with my back pain. I am a back sleeper, side sleeper , basically rotate all around the night . The way memory foam acts and maintains the balance no matter the posture is amazing . It is really good so far.

Upon opening the mattress it doesn’t seem to have much substance to it. It felt cheap. I don’t really know much about mattresses but the regular mattress I had caused back and shoulder pain. The memory foam mattress I purchased eased the pain but slept hot and I always felt like I was falling downhill. The Nectar does not sleep as hot. It is more comfortable than the traditional and less hot than the other memory foam plus I don’t feel like I’m falling downhill but I have started having back pain. I’m not sure if it is related or caused by something else. We’ll see.

After much research on the best type of mattress for hip/back pain (my husband), we decided on the Nectar memory foam. It did take me a week or so to get used to it as I like a very soft bed. I love it and although my husband still has the occasional hip pain, he sleeps all night now.

I was hesitant. I like to feel what I'm buying, especially when it's something so important and expensive. But the guarantees made me feel comfortable. They say it takes 30 nights to adjust but I needed two. And that was really because the mattress needed more time to fully expand. Every night I've gone to bed thinking about how this really comfy and thick mattress came rolled up in plastic. It's also just fun to see it expand. I will say it's not as cool as I expected, in fact I get pretty hot. I've heard that mattress protectors can do that -makes sense they'd block the cooling technology - but I did have a mattress protector on my previous mattress and I wasn't this hot. But if I knew when I purchased it, I'd still have done it. I also bought the frame, which is quite elegant and modern.

I haven't had that good of a sleep in years it felt great I woke up with no pain and with a good bit of energy. I'm glad I bought it I thought about purple cause my brother had one and I done research and found out that nectar had the best materials and quality control with really good warranties. Once you sleep on the mattress you will know that it is the best all around.

At first it felt too soft but i realized i had just been sleeping on terribly hard mattresses previously. After a few nights i noticed i had less hip pain. I would have given it a five star however, the lining that the mattress comes in (which is a bit silky) tends to shift a bit. And right now, since i am waiting for my bed frame to be delivered, the mattress sits on a box spring. I notice that the bed will slide a bit off from the center. I keep having to pull the bed back to center is back on the box spring. I think the company needs to make the lining have more grip on one side.

Stats: I am a 6' 225lb male who is fairly athletic and have more muscle than not. Wife and I were elated to receive our New Nectar in mid 2018. It was slightly on the firm side, cool sleeping, and very comfortable. I am not sure when the transition happened, but fast-forward to winter 2022, and the first two layers of foam have broken down to be very unsupportive in the hip/mid area of the bed. Our bodies are now u shaped when we lay on the mattress. When we are not laying on the bed, it will rebound within the allowance ( less than 1.5") to not void warranty, but I would say the foam density is probably half as supportive as it initially was. This makes us wake with substantial back pain. Unfortunately, the warranty measures physical size and not actual performance of the foam. For the price, I guess its not terrible, but do not rely on a warranty or long term wear from this mattress. I would have tried the hybrid if it was an option when i initially purchased.
