It's very soft and cradles you once your in. I didnt give it 5 stars because it's hard to get out of and around the edge of the mattress there is a rounded hard piece of the material and I am tall. So my feet hang off the end of the bed and it's uncomfortable when the hard roll digs into the tops of my feet. I tuck my blanket under my feet and it's ok. (6'3 and king bed)

We got our mattress and immediately decided we wanted to return it due to it being too soft and being too hot despite it being advertised as a cooling mattress. We contacted customer service immediately but they said that since it’s not a defective mattress, we had to wait 30 days to start the return process. We don’t have space to just store an extra mattress so we’ve had to sleep on an uncomfortable, hot mattress for the past month.

Doesn’t feel like a normal mattress. The feel takes some getting used to, but in the morning the lack of pain in my hips and shoulders was great. We seem to fall asleep faster and wake more refreshed in the morning. The lifetime guarantee can’t be beat!

I ordered one mattress and the bed frame, the bed itself never took shape. The bed frame broke the leg off. You guys sent me a replacement for both, I left the mattress in my spare room for 2 weeks and it still hasn't reached it's maximum size. I'm really disappointed in the product.

Hearing other reviews I thought the mattress would be too firm. But surprisingly it was the perfect blend of soft and firm for me. It has excellent edge support too. Only had it for a little over a month. Overall, it is very comfortable and love how they have a forever warranty.

I have the memory foam with the extra cooling technology layer. Pros: I was suffering painful back pain from my previous mattress and that completely stopped with the new nectar mattress Cons: the mattress gets super hot even with the extra cooling technology layer. I live in Florida

The bed is super comfortable, like laying on a cloud. BUT the mattress gets warm fast, I'm constantly searching for a cool spot. I've never been a hot sleeper. I don't know if there isn't enough air flow or I'm just so use to sleeping on a spring mattress.

I’ve slept on my same old spring mattress for the previous 15 years. Two years ago I threw a memory foam topper on it. I changed my sleeping pattern from only side to both back and side. Half the reviews said it was soft and only for side sleepers. The other half said it was too firm and only for back sleepers. Yet one review said it was great for both so I took the chance. Best decision I made in my life. I sleep throughout the night soundly on my back and my side. The mattress doesn’t get uncomfortably hot and the pillows I got from Nectar are amazing for side sleeping. The mattress feels firm and like you do not sink in until you get up and realize you were comforted on all sides. foundation was easy to assemble with no tools, looks stylish, and makes no noise while moving throughout the night. I was in a car accident 12 years ago. It was a head on collision and I have had nothing but pain since then. Consistent migraines and muscle spasms along with nerve damage has made it virtually impossible to get restful sleep. There were many nights I couldn’t lay in bed more than four hours. My hands were numb and tingly. We had purchased a ghost bed a year or so after the accident to see if it would help me. It really didn’t. We woke up hot and sweaty and it felt like the mattress didn’t have enough support. I was always so sore. So instead I would sit up and watch tv until I was so tired I had to sleep. The sheets and pillows that came with the bed are super soft and the pillows are cooling pillows. I waited 24 hours to sleep in it. That was really hard to do. But once I laid down I could feel the pressure being lifted off my body. I could feel the cool temperature of the mattress. I slept so good the first night. Nine full hours. My dog had to wake me up so I would let her outside. I ended up taking a short nap before work that day and didn’t want to get out of bed. So after a few weeks of sleeping on the nectar I have to admit that it is the best bed I have ever owned. My sister stayed over and she said it was the first bed she’s slept on that let her sleep on her right side. My BF loves it and said it’s the first bed he hasn’t wanted to get out of. He fell 28 feet off a building. So he too has plenty of pain issues. He loves it. I love it. The dog loves it. Price was too good to pass up once I had the funds. This bed is a life saver for me. I don’t have the pain like I used to. I will always have pain but I think this is helping me 100%.
