We've only had our Nectar mattress for 2 years and it is already failing. I contacted customer support and they had me send in a bunch of pictures. They said "based on the photos" the mattress looks fine. We'll, based on the pain my wife and I are both feeling - the mattress is failing. It continues to sink lower and lower with every night we sleep on it (we're both under 180 lbs). We are now both experiencing lower back pain that we never had before. Nectar does not back their warranty for "discomfort," so we are stuck looking for another mattress. I'd only buy this mattress if you are looking for a temporary mattress or a mattress for a spare bedroom.

Opened the box and released the mattress with great expectations. After a full month of waiting the mattress is still not fully expanded. \It is bowed and something no one could ever sleep on. Three of the corners are bowed up to as much as 3 inches off the platform. One corner never got any thinker than 8 1/@ inches thick. I requested a refund based on their 365 day offer...what I got was a letter asking for photos of the issues, documentation of all kinds of things and a list of things I could try to get it to expand and flatten out. We have been on line and tried every recommendation we could find, including the ones Nectar provided...nothing works. I'm sure like in everything sometimes you get a lemon...but this is a very sour one for sure. We thought we were upgrading to a superior mattress, when we unzipped it what we found was also disappointing. We have had other memory foam mattresses but our current one was 9 years old, felt it was time to get the new cooling type...never got to sleep on it to know if the cooling technology even works.

It gives too much and I feel like I’m sleeping in a hole. If I roll over it feels as though I’m trying to roll uphill. I’m not terribly excited about the mattress the linens are very nice. I love the pillow and the frame / headboard set is very nice. I guess that’s what I get for buying a mattress without actually being able to see and feel it before spending a lot of money.

Absolutely love this mattress and foundation. I was skeptical at first, but no longer. I have severe neck pain due to failed neck syndrome after having C3-C7 anterior cervical discectomy and fusion as well as radiculopathy and degenerative disc disease with 3 herniated discs in my thoracic spine and bulging discs in my lumbar spine so sleeping a few hours is a goal and I believe this may be the answer. The pillow may not be for me, but it has other uses. This is definitely well worth the try. Also the foundation was much better quality than I could have imagined.

I researched boxed beds and decided on the Nectar mattress. It was easy to set up, and didn't take the full 24 hours to expand to the recommended height. Personally the mattress firmness is just right; not too firm but not too soft. I find myself sleeping very well on my Nectar mattress, and would recommend Nectar to a friend.

I've used the same old pillow top for 10 years that was used when I got it. This mattress has changed the game for me. I no longer wake up with back pain. I'm not used to memory foam so it is harder to role over haha which is a sight to see. But it truly is very comfortable. Firm yet soft. You will sink into this bed while also feeling supported.

It took me about a month to get used to sleeping on this, but I noticed I was sleeping through the night and not too much moving. I am now used to how I fall asleep and I wake up in same position 99% of the time. My kids even try to sneak in my bed for the comfort.

After 1 year of use, we have found our backs hurting more often and not getting many good night sleeps. Not sure what happened. Initially, it was pretty decent and good. But with time, it just went down hill for us. Excellent service though and delivery was excellent too. I think we will start searching for a new mattress soon.

At First I thought it was way too soft for me as my back is not great. I was almost ready to return it , but as I got used to it I love it now. And I have to say the packing and shipping for the mattress and the Bed Frame was so easy to assemble. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have purchased 4 nectar mattresses and never had any problems until now. I asked for a replacement and all I asked is to keep sending pictures. I have 2-3 twin class one 2 inches higher then the other. Very uncomfortable yet after all the money I paid I can’t get replaced
