I have used as recommended; This is used monthly; I was not having a problem; I'm preventing one.

Box was pretty beat up and leaking powder.

The box was damaged in transit and the Rid-X was spilled all over the box

I thought this was coming in individual boxes, but nope 1 big box. Not sure how much to put in which guessing if you put enough or too much I dont know. Its a good product juat wish it came individually.

Stay with FedEx for your shipping. I received the email that it was delivered, and there it was on my front porch, within 2 days. Our daughter told us about how they used Rid-X to clear their septic tank lines, and I bought 2 boxes, and we will be using a cup full of the powder once a week, and it will clear the lines of sludge, dissolving any paper, It worked for our daughter. Today she uses this product every other week. We were using it once a month, so we are increasing its use like our daughter did.
