Rid-x works well for our septic system.. I love the huge box it gives us many uses. Its a great product.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago was running low on it. Thank you Sam's for your corporation of getting it up front and fast check out. All I had to do was pick it up @ customer service. Thank you again..

5 Month supply is better dollar for dollar that the 4 month supply %26 still works well.

Good product for keeping your septic tank clean. I treat our septic once a month. Never a problem

This product has always been a stable with my septic tank. I am assured that this product keeps it cleaned.

Do not like the packaging at all. Not easy to gage exact amount per use. 5 separate boxes would be preferable.

I thought it would have five measured doses or packages but it is just one big box.It has marks on the outside of the cardboard box for how much to use but no way to see the product to determine where it is in the box. I have never used it before but I will assume it does what it says, because no way to know for sure.

Box leaked. It was packaged with other food items. Opened the box and it had leaked all over my canned goods, my floor, my chair and myself. Who packs bacteria with your food items? The cardboard box leaks the granules. Do not have it shipped to you. Reported it, I doubt anyone cares.

When i recieved my package, the ridx was spilled out everywhere. It was sprinkling out of the box everything was packaged in as well. I also had dawn dish soap in my order (best purchase ever) that had the ridx stuck on the tape that held the lid down. I probably lost at least a good cup or so just in the box. I WONT be ordering ridx or anything else like that from sams. Both orders i have received from sams were by far unsatisfactory.

I purchased 2 boxes. It didn't take long and I had little bugs in my bathroom and bedroom. Found out they came from the Ridx. I opened the 2nd box and it was full of the bugs. I wrapped both boxes and through them away. I will never by this version of the product again. I wrote the company many times and NEVER, NEVER, received a response. I used the email address on the box. I am now using the little blue packets of the product. No bugs in them, at least not yet.
