Do not like the packaging at all. Not easy to gage exact amount per use. 5 separate boxes would be preferable.

This product has always been a stable with my septic tank. I am assured that this product keeps it cleaned.

I thought it would have five measured doses or packages but it is just one big box.It has marks on the outside of the cardboard box for how much to use but no way to see the product to determine where it is in the box. I have never used it before but I will assume it does what it says, because no way to know for sure.

I don't like the boxes, they leak all over. Each box had the powder leaking out. It was a mess cutting the shrink wrap off the bundle. It would be better in plastic containers than these cardboard boxes. Having small dogs and kids around, I worry about this being consumed by accident.

When i recieved my package, the ridx was spilled out everywhere. It was sprinkling out of the box everything was packaged in as well. I also had dawn dish soap in my order (best purchase ever) that had the ridx stuck on the tape that held the lid down. I probably lost at least a good cup or so just in the box. I WONT be ordering ridx or anything else like that from sams. Both orders i have received from sams were by far unsatisfactory.

don't order online get it from the store so you can check if the box is damaged???
