Septic pumpers have always described my system as one that is "working". I'm sure paper and grease/fat enzymes to help digest these problematic materials incorporated in Rid-X formula are why.

A retired, industry professional recommended using RID-X; I have used it ever since, and never had a septic problem, not in 40 years. I consider it a small price to pay for prevention, to avoid problems.

I purchased 2 boxes. It didn't take long and I had little bugs in my bathroom and bedroom. Found out they came from the Ridx. I opened the 2nd box and it was full of the bugs. I wrapped both boxes and through them away. I will never by this version of the product again. I wrote the company many times and NEVER, NEVER, received a response. I used the email address on the box. I am now using the little blue packets of the product. No bugs in them, at least not yet.
