[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Ultra Thin Size 5 Heavy Overnight Unscented pads are much, much thinner than I expected. I like how long they are and I like that they are unscented, but I would not feel comfortable wearing these overnight on a heavy flow day. They do not hold as much as I thought they would. It is still a good pad for overnight, maybe towards the end of the cycle.

I love that these are extra long to protect my underwear and my sheets. The wings wrap around easily and the pad stays in place. It doesn't fold over or scrape your skin or anything. If you have a lighter flow, you probably wouldn't need a size 5, but for those of us who have heavier flows, these are a godsend!

The Always Ultra Thin Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads With Wings are exactly what I need for overnight protection. I have a few very heavy days and overnight is usually pretty bad. These keep me dry and I have yet to have one leak. They are really long so they cover a lot of area front to back, especially back. They are super thin so it feel comfortable to wear. The wings stick really well to keep them in place. I highly recommend these to anyone with heavy night periods. They really do work.

I used to love Always pads, they were super absorbent and made me feel secure at night. This new pad you have introduced is awful!! It's not absorbent, unsticks from my underwear and feels cheap. Very similar to the horrible Always products you provide to India. I'm 100% changing brands as you've clearly cheapened a great product.
