I can even use them on my heaviest days. They are the perfect length for me, I am a plus size woman and I love the extra protection in the back. They are super thin, but super absorbent. I also love that they are not big and bulky but still does the job of protecting me from leaks .They stick where I want them and stay put even when I am active or moving around a lot .They offer great protection against leaks, keep me feeling dry, and odor free. The only flaw is that it leaves residue on undergarments, but it is removeable with some time an effort. Great product though that I definitely recommend!

I appreciate that Always Ultra Thins now come in expanded sizing. These size 5 are the largest size, which provides extra coverage at night and on heavy days. Sometimes the regular overnight seem not big enough and these are wider and longer. I don't like products with fragrance especially in pads so I like that these are unscented. The wings give nice side protection and also prevent shifting. They don't make a lot of noise and are thin enough to feel comfortable even though they are made for heavier flow. Even though they are disposable, they are convenient and prevent having to do extra laundry due to leaks when sleeping. They really seem to hold a lot and can last all night.

Really like the long pad itself. The leakage finds itself at the top of the pad, keeping you dry in the middle. Holds a good amount of leakage. No odor. Comfortable to wear. Soft texture. Experienced no irritations. Discreet packaging. It is really a excellent product. Highly Recommend.
