You can definitely sleep using these without worry of changing in the middle of the night. I would recommend this product and brand to anyone.

My first nights are the heaviest and sometimes flow is so heavy it wakes me up but with these pads I've no concerns. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. I also have since purchased them twice!

I love this pad a lot. The pad is very useful in overnight when you got sleep. It is soft and comfortable. Highly recommended to have everynights.

Not worth using, they don't stick worth a darn and don't hold enough liquid to be of any help. Gonna have to find another brand.

It seems as if the adhesive quality has changed because now all of their pads leave behind sticky residue on my skin and my underwear.

I have to constantly readjust my pad in the middle of the night when I'm trying to sleep. The back part is not as wide as it used to be, and the adhesive barely keeps the pad in place. I'm disappointed in how the quality has gone down over the years, and I've bought this for years since they came out with numeric sizes. It used to adhere securely and come off cleanly when needing to change it, and the back part was wider for better coverage. I used to be able to sleep at night without worrying about adjusting anything.

If you are a plus size woman, these are not the pads for you!!!

The material feels like plastic when wearing. It's uncomfortable, not flexible. The edges dig in to your legs, panty line. And they do not absorb as well as the ones made of a different material. These leave you feeling wet and disgusting.

I have been using Always ultra thin pads for over 15 years and I have liked the slim quick absorbing abilities. I bought two packs yesterday of different sizes and when I opened them up they reeked of a horrible chemical plastic smell that hasn't been there before. There's no way I am going to use them and will be searching for a different brand as I will not be supporting Always any longer. They are expensive as is and I certainly will not be buying pads that could negatively affect my health regardless of how harmless they may say they are. No thank you. 0 of 10 rating
