I can even use them on my heaviest days. They are the perfect length for me, I am a plus size woman and I love the extra protection in the back. They are super thin, but super absorbent. I also love that they are not big and bulky but still does the job of protecting me from leaks .They stick where I want them and stay put even when I am active or moving around a lot .They offer great protection against leaks, keep me feeling dry, and odor free. I was very skeptical about trying the ultra thin overnight pads, because I felt like they would not hold up. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did they hold up, I wasn't uncomfortable nor did I feel like I was using a thick wad of cotton. I used these continously for the first 3 days of my cycle and one pad lasted close to 6 hours. I had no accidents or leakage during that time. I was also surprisingly dry, as the pad wicked away moisture well. I liked the fact that the pad was also unscented so there was no weird smell or reaction to scents down below. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with how this product held up and would definitely be switching to this line of overnight pads.
