[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product. Love the wings so the pad stays in place. The pads are really absorbent so they work good. I like the products from Always because you know you are getting a good quality product. It is nice to not have to wake up in the middle of the night and change a pad or have leaks.

These aren't as trustworthy anymore and they're thinner and less absorbant than before like 4 months ago. I've been using this product forever. Suddenly, I don't trust that I can sleep in them without ruining my sheets.

Why have the pads been altered? They used to be clean and absorbent and now they are like tissue paper and disgusting. I am literally panicking about what I'm meant to use when my next period comes around.

Your product says 100% leakproof, it's not. I have to sleep with a towel cause it leaks. I change my pad often during the day, still leaks. Dont say it's leakproof when it's not

Why make a great product worse? Not only does it slip and slide while walking, it feels like I have a plastic bag on? Don't recommend. Definitely switching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are absolutely great for coverage and zero leaks. My only issue is the pads tend to bunch up in the middle and end up partially being folded in half lengthwise. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to make me not use them.

Inwas skeptical because of how thing they are but they absorb so much and keep me feeling dry. I haven't experienced shifting or bunching, they stay in place and I've had no leaks. Great pad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *Warning: TMI Ahead*... I really wanted to find a practical alternative for my usual Bamboo and Charcoal cloth pads. We have a family vacation coming up, and I really didn't want to bother washing pads on vacation, whether mine or any of my daughters'. I haven't used disposable pads years, and just one night of trying these "over night" pads made me remember why. I don't know about the rest of you ladies, but when I sleep, I want to feel comfortable, clean, dry, and refreshed in the morning. My attempt of trying these made me question "modern technology," really. Like monthly cycles aren't terrible enough punishment, can we not induce more suffering. I know, you're thinking, a modern menstrual pad can't be THAT bad. Oh yes, they can, and these are!! Within the first hour of wear, I had to attempt adjusting the pad at least 3 times because it kept folding and wedging itself in my rear. By the time I was ready to crawl in bed for the Night, I knew this misshapen pad had to go in the trash. So what do I do, I give a second pad a try, being extra careful to make sure the wings and entire length where properly placed and stuck to my undies. I made sure to make minimal movement before falling asleep, oh sweet sleep... NOT!! I swear, the terrible itchy and raw feeling that this pad caused woke me up before I could even fall asleep, can you guess why? That carefully placed liner rolled itself up like a burrito with wings and at least half of it's sticky backside was sticking to mine. Thanks for reminding me that nature is best treated naturally. A few minutes of sacrificed time washing pads is a million times better than the misery that these torture devices caused.
