I suffer from a heavy menstrual cycle every month. I've used different brands at night and would have accidents all the time. After trying this product I was happy because I didn't have to worry about any accidents while sleeping. They're super absorbent and protect against any leaks. It's also comfortable.

I was very skeptical about trying the ultra thin overnight pads, because I felt like they would not hold up. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did they hold up, I wasn't uncomfortable nor did I feel like I was using a thick wad of cotton. I used these continously for the first 3 days of my cycle and one pad lasted close to 6 hours. I had no accidents or leakage during that time. I was also surprisingly dry, as the pad wicked away moisture well. I liked the fact that the pad was also unscented so there was no weird smell or reaction to scents down below. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with how this product held up and would definitely be switching to this line of overnight pads.
