[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Ultra Thin Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads are great to have. They are for a heavier flow at night. They are a longer pad that have a wider back. They have odor lock, leak guard and rapid dry.

Long enough to prevent any type of leak and wings to further protect your panties as well. These are incredible! One pad will last me all night easily. No getting up to change or adjust etc. I normally use Tampons, but not for overnight purposes. These are the next best thing I'm telling you. Highly recommend these.

I always have a few packs in the house and even can carry lots in my purse. Even though the pads are thin they absorb a lot for their size. No complaints!

Part way through the day, the top layer of the pad started tearing. I also started getting a rash on my back side from the friction in walking all day. I like the thinness and they absorb well. I will probably just stick to wearing these at night from now on.

I was very skeptical about trying the ultra thin overnight pads, because I felt like they would not hold up. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did they hold up, I wasn't uncomfortable nor did I feel like I was using a thick wad of cotton. I used these continously for the first 3 days of my cycle and one pad lasted close to 6 hours. I had no accidents or leakage during that time. I was also surprisingly dry, as the pad wicked away moisture well. I liked the fact that the pad was also unscented so there was no weird smell or reaction to scents down below. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with how this product held up and would definitely be switching to this line of overnight pads.

These pads are perfect for me! They don't leak during the night so I stay dry and comfortable. They stay in place very well and don't bunch up even if I toss and turn. I highly recommend these!
