Seasoned meat and put it into brown gravy to make roast beef poboys. This was so quick, easy and tasted awesome! Have to season it well but it cooked so fast and zero fat or gristle.

For a quick and delicious meal, can’t beat it. Solid lunch option for steak sandwiches to. Came out tender enough for my kids’ grandfather to nom through. I’d recommend

This product is great for Philly cheese steak sandwiches. The meat is easy to chew, not full of grizzly fat. It has good flavor and I would buy it again.

I am shocked at the 5 star reiviews. The packages we got had a lot of grissle in it and it was so thin that it fell apart in the pan. It had very little taste and the consistency was chewy. I will not be ordering this again and feel like the price was far greater than the value. I have to admit that it will become dog food.

bought the shaved steak and i can tell you it is excellent. grilled it up with onions, mushrooms and peppers. outstanding!!

One package had some chewy pieces (ick), but the 2nd package was good, very tender. I made Philly cheesesteak sandwiches that were the bomb.

Horrible. After a couple of chews it felt like I had a mouth full of sand. Never had meat turn into grit before.
