Horrible. After a couple of chews it felt like I had a mouth full of sand. Never had meat turn into grit before.

bought the shaved steak and i can tell you it is excellent. grilled it up with onions, mushrooms and peppers. outstanding!!

For a quick and delicious meal, can't beat it. Solid lunch option for steak sandwiches to. Came out tender enough for my kids' grandfather to nom through. I'd recommend

We cooked in a skillet, little Worcestershire sauce, onion power, garlic butter, made aujus on the side , put on a french roll and was so good.

This meat is SO use for dishes that require thiner cuts like phó or Philly cheese steaks. But it is VERY fat heavy!
