The combination of sweet strawberry and tart kiwi creates the best combo that’s easy to drink and not overly sweet. You pour the packet into 20 ounces of water, shake or stir and stay hydrated all day. I was actually surprised that I like this flavor but it’s very tasty. There’s no aftertaste and it doesn’t leave a funny bitter taste in your mouth. There are many reasons that I love Gatorade and propel products. It’s an excellent source of vitamins B3, B5, B6, and a good source of vitamins C & E as well. Just shoved two or three packs in your purse and Stay hydrated on those hot sunny days.

I can throw them in my purse without taking up any space, rather than carrying an extra drink with me. I love that there aren't any artificial sweeteners in this power. The powder dissolves very quickly in water and doesn't leave a bad after tatse like a lot of these powdered drinks. I love having added electrolytes to my water to help keep me hydrated throughout the day. I would definitely recommend these to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this propel powder to add to water from Influenster and Propel in exchange for my honest review. I tried the mango flavor today in about 8 ounces of water since I read reviews that they weren’t that flavorful but it was actually too much for my and I added more water. It was tangy and very sweet to me at first. When I added more water it still had the tangy mango flavor without being too sweet. I drank it at work for some extra electrolytes. I don’t feel a difference in hydration from regular water but I know these in moderation are okay.
