I’ve never tried propel powders before this program but I was pleasantly surprised at how good they are. They’re a bit hard to dissolve in cold water but if you shake them up long enough you’re fine. This flavor is also really yummy and tangy which I love. I also think they are pretty effective as well

The Propel fitness powder variety pack is a convenient way to increase electrolytes after working out, sitting at the beach in the heat all day or simply to rehydrate. The individual packets are convenient to throw into your bag to always have on hand. It dissolves well in water and has a nice fruity flavor without an overpowering after taste. You can also choose the strength of the flavor by adding a little or the entire packet. I myself like to mix the flavors half and half. Zero sugar and zero calories is appealing as well.

The raspberry lemonade flavor was nice, slightly refreshing in a way with a stronger raspberry type flavor. It also dissolves well in cool/cold water.
