I found that they were incredibly easy to mix , they dissolved in water so well and I loved having options of so many flavors . The package was easy to open , just tear the top off . We love sugar free options in my house so this was a huge bonus for us . There’s also no artificial flavors or colors added which made it even nicer . These are packed with vitamins and provide electrolytes. It’s easy to take and go , just throw in your bag to have when needed and provide all the hydration you need . I found these nice to have on hand , easy to travel with and delicious tasting !

But for a Lemonade flavor it is authentic and definitely a great hydration drink it just depends if you like Lemonade flavors . This product mixes well and stores great. I tried the mango flavor today in about 8 ounces of water since I read reviews that they weren’t that flavorful but it was actually too much for my and I added more water. It was tangy and very sweet to me at first. When I added more water it still had the tangy mango flavor without being too sweet. I drank it at work for some extra electrolytes. I don’t feel a difference in hydration from regular water but I know these in moderation are okay.

The Propel Fitness Powders are lightly flavored and surprisingly good. At only 5 calories per packet, it's an easy way to add electrolytes throughout the day, especially when I'm running errands. And with 4 flavors to choose from I have a full variety to keep me satisfied!

It's not too sweet which is great because it will hinder your progress. I found no side effects to the powder. It smelled like what was advertised on the package. It doesn't give me the energy, but I do enjoy the hydration I get from my strength workouts especially when it's a hard one.

It tasted great and was easy to slip a pack in my bag and go. No weird aftertaste, no sugar crashes just pure energy. Pour it in, shake it up and that's it. It dissolves completely.

I prepared mine in a glass and just stirred it to combine and I can’t taste any powder granules. The flavor is very similar to regular propel products. I like that I can dilute the product so that the flavor matches my preferences. Propel is my husband’s favorite way to hydrate and these packets are half the price of regular propels. I would definitely purchase these again!
