It’s simple to add to a water bottle or even fill up a cup and go. It dissolved very quickly and wasn’t gritty at all. It’s small enough to add a few to your purse and have in the go. I love that they are individually wrapped so you know you’re getting the correct amount and also helps with staying fresh longer. Will be buying again!

I’ve never tried propel powders before this program but I was pleasantly surprised at how good they are. They’re a bit hard to dissolve in cold water but if you shake them up long enough you’re fine. This flavor is also really yummy and tangy which I love. I also think they are pretty effective as well

Grape flavor comes in full without any sugars or artificial colors, and packed with vitamins and electrolytes, yet still light enough for daily use. It’s an easy option with a lighter feel.
