The assortment of flavors keeps things interesting and makes it easy to stay hydrated throughout the day. Each packet mixes quickly with no gritty texture, and the flavors are refreshing without being overly sweet. I love how convenient the individual packets are for taking to the gym, work, or while traveling. They give my water a nice boost of electrolytes and help me stay energized throughout my workouts and busy days. They are safe and sugar free. Great value for the amount you get, and it’s nice having multiple flavors to choose from depending on my mood!

I was surprised that the flavor was spot on to the name—it tastes great! It’s very refreshing, and easy to drink. I sometimes have a hard time drinking overly flavored drink mixes, but this one was smooth and just right. Mixed nice into my Stanley cup it stayed consistent for the duration of the couple hours it takes for me to finish my drink.

Mixing it with water or favorite alcoholic beverage. Make sure you shake or stir it really good otherwise you will end up with powdery bits. Not my first choice of flavor but it’s definitely refreshing and no aftertaste. Gives me a bit of energy as well!
