These also help me do better in my workouts, since they give that extra hydration as a pick-me-up when I need it most, and after a workout in recovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recieved for my honest review. There is a huge electrolyte war happening, and I don't know if Propel is ready for it. I have POTS, so I need electrolytes daily. During COVID, Propel was my go to for hydration, and I've switched over the years to ones with more sodium. Now that I get to try this one, it feels much lighter than the new ones in the market. The flavor is there but not as strong as I remember it. Especially since this is one of their classic flavors, I was really surprised that I wasn't a fan of this one. Good for a quick hydrating recovery after a workout, but not the all day hydration that I get from comparable brands in the market now.

Ingredients like Vitamins is like a cherry on top. No aftertaste to worry about. Drink Hydrate and feel energized. Overall Great pick. Highly recommended.

It dissolves quickly in my water bottle and keeps me hydrated throughout the day. The smell is amazing and the pink color makes drinking water much more fun. Definitely a staple for my workouts!

I can only drink a certain amount of fluids a day due to a medical condition. That means I need to find ways to stay hydrated, even when I can't have a large amount to drink each day. These pre measured sticks make it quick and easy to mix with your water. This was not my favorite flavor, but it did quench my thirst

I have tried these in the past but it’s been a while and they have stayed consistent and true to the brand. Instantly when you see the packaging you can recognize the propel product. Once you pour them in to your drink you have that same propel taste and smell and flavor you would recognize from the original product. The flavors can be a bit strong at times so I like to dilute with extra water!
