The flavor is nicely balanced between sweet and tart, without being overpowering. It's lighter than typical sports drink, but still has electrolytes and essential vitamins like B3, B5, B6, B12, C, and E, with zero sugar. I also like that it has no artificial flavors or added colors, and the powder sticks are super convenient to bring with you anywhere.

I drank this after doing yard work in the heat and it helped me feel hydrated. It also mixed up really well in water.

It is not overly sweet which is important for me. It keeps me hydrated and refreshed. I don’t like when the drinks have strong aftertaste. These one taste like super delicious water and leaves very pleasant aftertaste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Propel kiwi strawberry is one of my favorite flavors. It hides the chlorine flavor in tap water pretty well. It dissolves easily in water, but sometimes the packets are hard to tear open. You can make it in a 16 ounce bottle of water and it has a stronger, sweeter flavor, but I like to make it in like 25 or so ounces of water in a shaker bottle. I like that it has no sugar but still has the electrolytes.

It was super easy to mix up and lasted me quite a while. It is super on for on the go whenever you’re a mom and you need something quick. No staining, it’s completely clear. I will buy again!
