It’s very easy to digest because it’s basically water and it is hydrating so very effective and so easy to mix in a water bottle.

The Propel Fitness Powders are lightly flavored and surprisingly good. At only 5 calories per packet, it's an easy way to add electrolytes throughout the day, especially when I'm running errands. And with 4 flavors to choose from I have a full variety to keep me satisfied!
