It’s a great way to add flavor to your drinks when you want a little something more than just water. I just put one of these sticks into a water bottle and shake. They dissolve easily and taste great.

I credit the way they make me feel to the ingredients. The extra vitamins and lack of sugar help so much with the dehydrated feeling. They dissolve so easily with water, leave no gritty bits, and taste so yummy. I recommend!

So I’m marching band today and I needed something to keep me hydrated throughout all the time while playing an instrument and going back-and-forth they would make me go very windy and so I use propel FITNESS water and I’m not going to lie actually was very efficient. I was cooler more hydrated, and I was more sustainable in the sun for a long period of time. It wasn’t a really crazy texture. It just felt like regular water and it smelled so good and the ingredients were also very healthy for me

There’s a slight after taste from the artificial sweetener. These mix well, powder dissolves & the nutritional value is mostly hydration. I’ve been mixing them in water. I’m sure you could mix flavors too.
