The Instructions are clear and easy to follow just mix with water and you're good to go. The Packaaina is simple but well designed, and the individual packets make it easy to take anywhere. Dissolvina is quick and smooth with no clumps, even in cold water. I like the Inaredients since it has electrolytes and vitamins and no artificial colors. The Durabilitv of the packets is great too; they hold up well in my bag without tearing. Overall, it's convenient, effective, and perfect for staying hydrated!

It didn't take long for it to fully dissolve without any gritty feeling. I chose the Raspberry Lemonade and thought the flavor was good, but I am really sensitive to sweeteners and it had a slight aftertaste. If it provides the nutrients as described I would tolerate the aftertaste.

Even though they are for regular water bottles, I use mine in my owala and it works out great. All the flavors are wonderful without being overly sweet. If I had to pick, berry was my favorite flavor. Easy to use and to store. Just pour into your cold water and give it a little shake.
