Why would you change your packet size to 20 oz when water bottles are 16.9 ounces, and you increase the price by 23% with a new "look"? Your customers are not stupid and like the majority of the other recent reviews, you've lost me as a purchaser. why would you charge $3 more than before?? for no reason honestly. the older packaging was just fine and didn’t bring the price up. they also changed how in the back of the box it now says 5 calories and before it was 0 calories. i know corporations can say 0 cals if it’s less than 5, but don’t keep the description as 0 cals if it’s really not.

I've been a long time consumer of this product. I have loved them because they don't have dyes in them and the flavors are great. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in the new packaging down grade and $3 price increase. If I can't find an alternative, I guess I'll be back. We'll see.

We usually buy the bottles but she likes having these as a backup.
