It’s very easy to digest because it’s basically water and it is hydrating so very effective and so easy to mix in a water bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the strawberry lemonade flavor - it pops! It’s not too sweet but tastes good enough to encourage to drink it all 😊. The consistency is great, it dissolves quickly into the water, so you don’t have a bunch of powder clumps floating around everywhere. I love the portable individual packs! I keep some in my purse and work bag to stay hydrated on the go.

It is great to use as a fitness pre-workout or while you’re working out or even just on the go, all you need to do to make it is pour the powder into a bottle and mix it up the flavor is very sweet even though it has zero sugars so it is great if you’re on a diet or watching sugar intake! 💕✨

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recieved for my honest review. There is a huge electrolyte war happening, and I don't know if Propel is ready for it. I have POTS, so I need electrolytes daily. During COVID, Propel was my go to for hydration, and I've switched over the years to ones with more sodium. Now that I get to try this one, it feels much lighter than the new ones in the market. The flavor is there but not as strong as I remember it. I was really surprised that I wasn't a fan of this one. Good for a quick post workout recovery hydration, but not the all day hydration that I get from comparable brands in the market now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Propel Fitness Powders are great when you want extra hydration! This multipack is perfect for having a variety of flavors. I like that there is several flavors to choose from and they all taste great. The size of the packets also make it very convenient to carry them in your bag or pocket. It was easy to mix the powder into my water. It calls for 20oz of water per pack. I added half a pack to half the making of water and it still tasted great. It was very flavorful. I felt hydrated after drinking these! I drink the propel fitness waters and the flavor is comparable! I will continue to use these because of the flavor and convenience.

These also help me do better in my workouts, since they give that extra hydration as a pick-me-up when I need it most, and after a workout in recovery.

They store very well and don’t take up much room. I carry them in my purse, car, work bag. I pretty much have a pouch everywhere. Love how they keep me hydrated throughout the day and I’m getting more vitamins and electrolytes then just my regular water.
