The single serve sticks are super convenient to throw in my bag, car, or work tote for hydration on the go. The Kiwi Strawberry flavor was light, refreshing, and easy to drink without being overly sweet. I also appreciated that it doesn’t contain artificial coloring, which is a huge plus for me. The only downside was that there’s still a slightly artificial aftertaste that kept it from being a full 5 stars for me, but overall it was still enjoyable and convenient to take with me on the go.

It reminds me of a regular lemonade drink with a little bit of raspberry, but not overwhelming very easy to put into a bottle I put in a 16 ounce bottle of water. It’s not too strong, but it definitely helps for electrolytes.
