Love having these when I’m on the go! At times when I want to drink a soda, I’ll have these instead to help my craving & it does work! It’s easy to travel with, you pop it in the water bottle & ready!

These are fine. I bought them without paying attention to the individual packet sizes. Very small. One fifth the size of Liquid IV packets. Liquid IV is a better value and product overall. Will not be buying Propel again.
