It mixes in well with water and the color is clear. It is very effective. I am not a water drinker but this would help me in drinking more water!

Is sugar free helps replenish what your body loses after exercise, and is easy to prepare and take anywhere. Refreshing, delicious, and super convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving these flavors! I drank Propel bottled beverages in the past but kind of strayed away in recent years. I wasn't surprised to see powder packets but I guess it never caught my eye before! I was interested in this variety pack because it gives me a chance to try 4 flavors! My favorite was the strawberry kiwi then the berry. The lemonade was good too but a bit sweet. I like that these are zero sugar but I wish they were zero calories too. Shake or stir makes preparing simple. Overall, it's a nice, easy way to hydrate with some extra electrolytes. Price is a bit high but I'll pay for convenience.

Flavor is spot on - raspberry lemonade is my favorite. Dissolves quickly and has a good amount of electrolytes which is perfect for my postpartum/breastfeeding stage.

This flavor is the best! Propel has many great flavors, and this one is one of the best! Dissolves easily, tastes great, and the sticks are so convenient to throw in my bag for outdoor activities. I love their logo, too. One stick us perfect for 20 oz. of water, which is what I drink immediately after a long workout. I will sure be purchasing more of this!

It’s not too expensive and it’s portable which means that when I’m out in the heat (like at an amusement park or the beach) I can take them with me and they don’t take up so much space in my small crossbody. They don’t leave an after taste or are super salty like other brands. I like that the shelf life is pretty good. Sometimes I forget where I put them in the pantry and I’m surprised when o find them and they’re still not expired.
