I am the absolute worst at staying hydrated, so this is great to have in my diaper bag for both myself and my kids to rehydrate ourselves while on the go. I also really love there is no artificial flavoring or coloring, I really try to avoid that in drinks for myself, and for my kids. I like that it is low calorie, so I can drink it guilt free (as someone who watches calories in food and drinks) Taste wise, it's just okay. Maybe I just am not a fan of the Kiwi, I wish the strawberry was more of the dominating flavor. It was really easy to use, just open and throw into a water bottle, and shake it up.

At just five calories, why not? The strawberry kiwi flavor is my fave flavor so far, but too sweet but still delicious. And no weird aftertaste. I just add it to my water bottle and shake and it immediately dissolves. Great for on-the-go.
