You pour the packet into 20 ounces of water, shake or stir and stay hydrated all day. I was actually surprised that I like this flavor but it's very tasty. There's no aftertaste and it doesn't leave a funny bitter taste in your mouth. There are many reasons that I love Gatorade and propel products. It's an excellent source of vitamins B3, B5, B6, and a good source of vitamins C & E as well. Just shoved two or three packs in your purse and Stay hydrated on those hot sunny days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The consistency with all of these packets were on point they're super convenient for all the go use, especially if you have little ones like I do my little one just so happens to play sports so she's always in need for an on the go drink mix that packs the punch of a good flavor while also feeding her electrolytes these packets dissolve super quick and easy all you need to do is add them to eight or 6 ounces of water put the lid on and shake it up and you're ready to go value wise. I can't complain all in all these drink mixes are super easy to use and super easy to take on the go.

But more importantly they taste great, and really help improve our hydration as we're more likely to choose water when we can add some flavor without sugar or questionable chemicals. They have amazing flavors to pick from so you don't get bored. There's no after taste just nice taste. Very simple ingredients in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Propel Powder Raspberry Lemonade is okay. It is hydrating and goes easily down the throat. The powder easily mixed into cold water. As with all Propel Powder mixes the packaging is nice to take with you. It is not overly sweet, erring on the side of minimal flavor. The aroma is also not overpowering. This is one of Propel's more mid flavors.
