With no added colors and artificial flavors, it’s a healthy way to get in electrolytes. The powdered sticks are easy to add to any water bottle for complete hydration. I love how even though it has zero sugar that it doesn’t compromise the taste. 5/5 drink for me!

At work, as a vocalists, I want the hydration, without the sugar, and not too much of the syrup-type feel. This takes care of the electrolytes and the boost without the sugary sticky feeling.

There's a sweet essence to the drink without it being sugary and no weird aftertaste! The powder mixes smoothly into the water leaving no residue or clumps. I felt pretty hydrated drinking it and already want more, haha. Also, I love the convenience of the powder packets.

It’s easy to use and you can put a packet anywhere- your purse, school bag, gym bag, vehicle. The powder dissolves very well in water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work out frequently, and am constantly trying to stay hydrated, so I was excited to try out this Propel Fitness Powder 40 pack! First off, it was a great deal for 40 packets, and there were 4 different flavors to try. I will say that the packets are made for larger containers, not the 16oz water bottles from the market. When I used it with a 16oz water bottle, it tasted a bit too sweet, so just something to note if you are taking them on a hike or outdoors with a water bottle. The powder sticks are very convenient and easy to use, and the powder disperses easy and doesn’t leave your water with powder chunks. The flavors are really good, I enjoyed the berry the most. Most importantly, it really quenched my thirst and helped me feel hydrated, especially on long hikes and runs. The sweetness of some electrolytes can also leave me with a stomach ache, but these sticks did not have that effect at all. Overall I’d recommend these as they get the job done, taste great, and are an excellent value!

They take a minute or two to dissolve, but they are very hydrating and don’t taste salty like some other brands. Kiwi Strawberry is one of my favorite flavors. It is equal parts tangy and sweet.

It was easy to mix in a glass with water and dissolves pretty fast. If I stir it and then let it sit for a bit and stir again, the remaining bits dissolve easily. I mixed this in a glass at home but I like the convenience of being able to throw the packet in a bag and take with me to work or travelling.
