[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite new flavor!!! This powder is easily dissolved into a bottle of water or cup. They provide electrolytes and instant hydration during or after exercise or other activities which cause sweating. They’re individually wrapped so they have an excellent shelf life and are easily thrown in a bag or packet on the go for the gym, camping or travel. They will also help alleviate cramping by providing electrolytes lost during more strenuous activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, it is definitely cheaper to buy these powder sticks over the bottle pre made propel drink. it mixes so well even with a cold ice water. Taste great and this package has 4 different flavors to choose from. There is no scent. My kids takes it their soccer games and easy to carry in their bag without a mess! It hydrates better than plain water.
